自我伪装

人类为什么会得到精神分裂症呢？其中一个很大的原因是抗压性太低，他们缺乏一般人的“弹性”和“社会化”，也没有足够的“自我伪装”和“社会技巧”，这些心理上的“防波堤”或“防护罩”- 比如逃避，找藉口，说谎，表里不一等心理上的防御技巧没能建立，便很容易直接承受外在的压力，并将之放大或夸大，促使心灵呈现出分解崩溃的情况。

而我呢，曾经幻想过是不是患精神分裂症，也曾想帮助精神分裂症的病人，当然也曾想念psychology。也许我真的患精神分裂，还是我只是不会“自我伪装”和“社会技巧”。

“Eat Eat” day / “大胃王”の一天

“Eat Eat” day

Yesterday was a memorable day 4 me. It’s not jus a normal Thursday, but it’s a “eat- eat” day 4 me. Cos whole day I m just eating n eating n eating…. Haha!

Dou believe it? Believe it! Walau, even me oso won believe it. Very surprise if u know wat had I ate yesterday.

Around 9am, I cooked instant noodle mee. As normal, I won’t cook de, jus eat bread n drink a cup of Milo. But yesterday suddenly I got mood 2 cook. Then I went to 12pm polymer class. After class, around 1.45pm, I ate a pack of rice tat “ta pao” from 2233. Around 4.30pm, my fren, ST a.k.a. aunty Ku wan 2 eat dinner liao tim. Den I follow her lo. I went wif YW and CH. We went to 2020, which is located at Sg. Chua to eat our “dinner”. The “dinner” tat I order was sizzling mee, RM3.50. After CH fetch us back, I follow my hse-mate 2 eat my “2^nd dinner”. Walau! Tis 1 lagi “geng chau”. Cos v all went 2 eat pizza hut at 8pm. After tat, I eat my supper (kuih@ cha ko) at 11pm.

Wah, very geng rite? Have a meal around every 3 hours. Do u wan 2 feel it? Haha!

Nvm, try to feel it. Den, start 2 diet lo! Like tat oso dunno!

部落格

最近朋友之中有几个开始写部落格，令到我最近也蛮常写的。
已经一两个月没写的我突然间兴致勃勃也要写。
我蛮欣赏的是心绮的部落格，她真的很棒！
不愧STPM华文科得A！令我佩服佩服！

毕竟星期四是考最后一科。心情也蛮“险”的。
对着那两叠笔记也不想去看看。
更何况还是马来文版本的。
考试都不知要用国语或英文来作答。对我来说，应该是英语吧！

现在我的屋友三个在读书，两个在讲话。
还一个在哪里？

就是在抽出宝贵的光阴来与大家分享我的一切。

部落格也分成好多种，
有分享文章的，
有分享心情的，
而我就是在写日记似的，
也许看多了会觉得蛮“显”的。
但对我来说是我的回忆。
当你看回以前的事情，就会蛮享受当时的你。
虽然回忆并不是多姿多彩的，
但过去以前的事与物，

We r all special

An elderly Chinese woman had two large pots, each hung on the ends of a pole that she carried across her neck.

One of the pots had a crack in it while the other pot was perfect andalways delivered a full portion of water. At the end of the long walk fromthe stream to the house, the cracked pot arrived only half full. For a full two years this went on daily, with the woman bringing home only one and a half pots of water.

Of course, the perfect pot was proud of its accomplishments. But thepoor cracked pot was ashamed of its own imperfection, and miserablethat it could only do half of what it had been made to do. After 2 yearsof what it perceived be bitter failure, it spoke to the woman one day by the stream.

"I am ashamed of myself, because this crack in my side causes water to leak out all the way back to your house."

The old woman smiled, "Did you notice that there are flowers on yourside of the path, but not on the other pot's side?" "That's becauseI have always known about your flaw, so I planted flower seeds on your side of the path, and every day while we walk back, you water them." "For two years I have been able to pick these beautiful flowers to decorate the table. Without you being just the way you are, there would not be this beauty to grace the house."

Each of us has our own unique flaw. But it's the cracks and flaws weeach have that make our lives together so very interesting andrewarding.You've just got to take each person for what they are and look for the good in them.

现在，没下雨的夜晚，在屋友的电脑前，

可怜のmid-sem, seramik

今天特别累哦！不够睡眠！很惨！

一点睡觉，五点半爬起床的我很可怜哦！

因为平时会去睡午觉，晚上也蛮早睡的。搞到今天头晕晕的。

幸好读的东西还会一半，蛮不错的啦！

希望真的会对一半就够了。

today is hari bahasa in ukm.
there are many pameran at there.
including sepanyol, german, japan, korean, china...
actually not only 2day de, yesterday oso.
but i din go yesterday cos no nid 2 jaga pameran.
i reach there around 10.30am.
I wore yukata 2day, quite funny de.
so I took quite a lot of photo 2day, but i din bring camera.
so hv 2 wait other ppl 2 send 2 me lo. i oso dun hv leh!
About the food leh, i got try the korean food, it's quite special de.
2day i oso learn おりがみ, but jus 2 types 1 is flower n 1 is butterfly, not very nice de.
haha, quite enjoy there, but oso quite sien there.
cos stay there quite a long time. until 2pm cos hv polymer class.

Last week mid-sem exam (metallurgy n composites) oso not enough sleep tim.
